MASI s.r.l. with registered office and administrative office in via Giuseppe Licata 271, 92019 Sciacca (AG), creator and promoter of the activities available on www.masiboutique.com, reserves the right to use personal data, provided voluntarily by the Users at the time of filling in the contact form (or form or mail form), available on the site itself, in compliance with current regulations (art. 13 and ss. D. Lgs. 196/2003) of protection of personal data.

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing visitors to the site to contact, if they wish, the operator of the site itself, by sending an email to the manager through the aforementioned form.

MASI s.r.l. transfers the user’s data only in case of order made to MagicStore Srl as supplier of the management platform on which the e-commerce is based. MASI s.r.l. guarantees that it does not give the data to any other third party. In the case of payment via Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal in order to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.

All data stored on servers meet the highest security standards. MASI s.r.l. and MagicStore Srl are constantly committed to protecting and keeping data safe, not allowing access to them to people outside the company or unauthorized.

MASI s.r.l. informs that the Users can exercise the rights of which to art.  7 D. Lgs. 196/2003, hereafter reported. Users have the right to request from MASI s.r.l. the following information:

the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
the data subject has the right to obtain information on:

the data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

The request for the information listed above may be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except in cases where there is a just cause: deletion or modification of such data due to violation of the law; deletion of those data that are not usable for the reasons for which they were collected.

MASI s.r.l.  and MagicStore Srl guarantee the "right to be forgotten" provided by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You may choose to delete your account and/or newsletter subscription at any time by logging into your account. The history of the data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with his profile. It will remain only track of any orders placed on the customer site as indispensable for the regulation of e-commerce.

Price subject to obligations under the Omnibus Directive, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 7 March 2023 n. 26.
The European Directive aims to increase the level of transparency towards consumers, touching important issues for websites and e-commerce, such as:

With the present the e-commerce is engaged to apply the Directive Omnibus regarding the modality of management of the changes of price that previews: 
"Each price reduction advertisement shall indicate the previous price applied by the trader for a specified period of time prior to the application of that reduction. Previous price means the lowest price applied by the trader to all consumers in the thirty days preceding the application of the price reduction."
