MASI s.r.l. guarantees that it does not give the data to any other third party. In the case of payment via Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal in order to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.

All data stored on servers meet the highest security standards. MASI s.r.l. and MagicStore Srl are constantly committed to protecting and keeping data safe, not allowing access to them to people outside the company or unauthorized.

MASI s.r.l. informs that the Users can exercise the rights of which to art.  7 D. Lgs. 196/2003, hereafter reported. Users have the right to request from MASI s.r.l. the following information:

MASI s.r.l.  and MagicStore Srl guarantee the "right to be forgotten" provided by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You may choose to delete your account and/or newsletter subscription at any time by logging into your account. The history of the data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with his profile. It will remain only track of any orders placed on the customer site as indispensable for the regulation of e-commerce.
